On Tuesday, we meet in Room 230.
4th period is for juniors, but the members of Equipment Committee must attend 4th period. (It's Taichi and Kaori, でしょう。) Other seniors are welcome to attend also; it's up to you.
Equipment Committee members will demonstrate how to use the camera, including:
1. How to attach the camera to the tripod
2. How to attach the wireless mike to the camera
3. How to turn on the camera and wireless mike
4. How to shoot a scene, including zoom in and zoom out
5. How to stop shooting and turn off the camera
6. How to turn off and remove the wireless mike
7. How to separate the camera from the tripod
Then Junior A will film Junior B, Junior B will film Junior C, etc. Equipment Committee members will help the juniors who have trouble with the camera and mike each time.
In 5th period, all Seniors must attend, and all Juniors should remain, too.
Zemi-cho Yamata and Vice Zemi-cho Miho will give greetings to new members in English and Japanese. You should speak naturally, without any memo or notes. It's okay if the English version is short, but you should say a little about the zemi in English.
Activities Committee members should talk to all members about our Get-Acquainted Party. Find out the available dates of all members. We want to have the party within April if possible.
Other seniors will introduce themselves the following week.
In 5th period, I'll begin to go over the material that you read for homework (I hope). I'll also ask you to give me an update on your video projects. If you want to give up your idea and try a different idea, you should prepare a new presentation, and let me know as soon as possible.
Also, about the 2nd meeting: April 14. I want all seniors to attend the lesson in 4th period. I want you to introduce yourselves and tell the juniors about your committees.
Send me an email or drop by my office on Monday afternoon if you have any questions.
OSAMU: Send me an email so I can recover your email address.
